NYC STREET MUSICIANS
01
1 OF 1

This publication focuses on street musicians around New York City. We encounter them constantly throughout the city, putting in hard work and effort every day, yet they are often dismissed as nuisances. This publication aims to tell their stories and raise awareness of their experiences. It features interviews with five artists, each sharing their own unique perspective. This is a project I intend to continue building on, with the goal of growing it into an ongoing collection of musicians' stories.

EDIBLE STREETS
02
1 OF 4

Edible Streets is a book about Indian street food. Online, the conversation of Indian Street food has been dominated by viral videos depicting street food culture as dirty, unhygienic, and undesirable, a narrative that misses the point entirely. Eating from street vendors is an everyday, deeply loved practice in India, woven into daily life. This book celebrates that tradition, taking readers through beloved dishes organised by the best time / event to enjoy it. It also offers portraits of the vendors whose craft and dedication make this culture what it is.
